Scrap Balers
Scrap balers are designed for reducing and densifying metals from industrial plants or demolition waste and disposal sites.
Each scrap compacting baler is composed of a mobile unit equipped with a roll on roll off system and equipped with a crane, cab and grab.
Scraps are made of solid monolithic structure in Weldox and Hardox special steel, runnable by diesel or electric engine.

Scrap shears
Scrap shears are available in different horizontal and vertical variants, depending on the shearing force and capacity of the machine.
Mobile scrap shear unit is equipped with a movable roll on and a roll off system and adjustable cutting lengths by incremental steps.
All shears are fully automatic and available remotely connected with the factory.

Metal recycling shredders
Metal recycling shredders are available in different models with capacities from 10 to 50 tons / hour and a variety of input material (sheared or whole cars complete with motors, pre-sheared appliances or whole bales, light mixed scrap, aluminum).
Each metal recycling shredder is equipped with a patented system, fully automatic cycle and remote control thanks to the PLC system.
